If you need assistance completing the online registration, advice about your application or about bidding for properties then contact the ICHR team who can help you with this. Staff work from the offices of Oak Tree, Cloch and Larkfield Housing Associations offices and you can make appointments for a face to face interview or a telephone appointment if you need assistance with your on-line application. We would suggest that you phone in advance to make an appointment with the team as we are not usually able to see applicants who drop in. If you or somebody you know has difficulty in finding out about the properties which are advertised each week or you think you will have difficulty in telling us when you are interested, please let us know. We should be able to help.
If you wish someone to act for you in making bids or enquiries about your application, you need to let us know and complete a mandate to give your permission for them to act on your behalf. You can download this from our documents page. You can bring along a friend or advisor to any appointment with us.
