If you need assistance completing the online registration, advice about your application or about bidding for properties then contact the ICHR team who can help you with this. Our friendly team are located in the Oak Tree Housing Association office and you can drop in to speak to somebody during office hours. We can usually see any applicants who drop in, if we are busy we may make you an appointment to come back. You can also phone in advance to make an appointment with the team.
If you or somebody you know has difficulty in finding out about the properties which are advertised each week or you think you will have difficulty in telling us when you are interested, please let us know. We should be able to help.
If you wish someone to act for you in making bids or enquiries about your application, you need to let us know. You can bring along a friend or advisor to any appointment with us.
You can hear a recorded telephone message of all the available ICHR properties by telephoning either Cloch or Oak Tree.
We are working to provide information in accessible formats and to ensure you can access support through other services such as Inverclyde Council on Disability, Inverclyde Centre for Independent Living, the Homeless Service and the Inverclyde Community Health & Care Partnership. If you have any requirements, please let us know.
